While surfing the net one invariably comes upon some web pages that are better than others. An amazing number of the better ones are personal pages, which get little or no recognition.

This award is set aside specifically for the web pages of the individual or family who have, despite overwhelming odds, produced a superior web page.

This award is given after careful deliberation and consideration by a committee consisting of me. You may ask how I can be objective about giving the award, the answer is, "I can't!"

In contrast to my subjectivity, I do have certain requirements that I will check on each page (which I reserve the right to violate at any time for any reason). In many cases the site is one that has given invaluable assistance in some pursuit of mine.
